We collect only what we need to run workshops, review Collective applications and understand which parts of the site are useful. We do not sell your information.
What we collect, and when

Who helps us run the site
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores workshop registrations and Collective applications, and provides cookie-free analytics.
- Stripe processes workshop payments under its own privacy policy.
- Google Workspace handles our email.
We share your information with these providers only so they can do this work for us, or when the law requires it.
Children
This site is written for adults. Youth ages 8 and up may attend workshops with an adult, who registers on their behalf and provides any attendee names.
How long we keep it
We keep workshop registrations for our business and tax records, and Collective applications for as long as they are under review or a firm is listed. Ask us and we will delete what we no longer need to keep.
Your choices
Write to hello@pnwoutdoorliving.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes
When we add new features, such as a newsletter, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page.
